<p><p><b>Position :</b> Data Analyst.<br/><b><br/> Location :</b> Remote.<br/><b><br/> Duration : </b>6 month contract with extension.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities include :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p></p><p>- Contribute in projects relating to client or internal product requirements involving developing or reviewing business specifications followed by testing.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights for business decision-making.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Utilize statistical techniques and data mining tools to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Present complex data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders across various departments.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Implement data validation processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Conduct regular data audits and address data quality issues promptly.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, finance, and product management, to understand their data needs.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Participate in global project meetings and contribute to strategic planning.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Create and maintain detailed documentation of data processes, methodologies, and analysis results.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure documentation is aligned with corporate standards and accessible to global teams.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Stay updated on emerging data technologies, tools, and industry trends.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance data processes, performance, and scalability.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Your skills and experience that will help you excel :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail</p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to multitask and work under pressure is a must</p><p><br/></p><p>- Highly developed organizational and interpersonal skills</p><p><br/></p><p>- SQL and basic UNIX command is an advantage</p><p><br/>- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the HR domain.<br/><br/> - Should have a good understanding of HR systems especially Workday; experience and understanding of HR workday data.<br/><br/> - Experience with functional document creation.<br/><br/> - Experience on SQL is a must, with prior experience on snowflake DB a plus.<br/><br/> - Sound analytical and reporting skills combined with excellent communication skills.<br/><br/> - Experience working with Data dictionaries and working with Data Owners/Stewards on Business Glossary etc.
