We’re looking for a passionate Data Analyst who can turn complex data into actionable insights, helping us optimize user journeys, drive conversions, and accelerate growth.Role Overview:As a Data Analyst at Cureskin, you’ll be responsible for analyzing end-to-end business data — from order flows to user engagement — to derive insights that power our strategic decisions.
You’ll collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to build scalable dashboards, automate data processes, and support data-backed growth initiatives.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage data pipelines integrating SQL/MongoDB, and APIs for real-time business reporting.- Design and maintain end-to-end data tracking systems across the D2C order journey, from order placement to refund completion.- Fast complex DB query building abilities- Build dashboards and MIS reports for leadership and cross-functional teams to monitor performance metrics and KPIs.- Analyze customer behavior, cart abandonment trends, and marketing channel performance to recommend business optimizations.- Partner with product and marketing teams to measure campaign effectiveness, offer utilization, and conversion rates.- Automate manual reporting processes through scripting (Python) to improve efficiency and reduce human intervention.- Maintain data quality and integrity, ensuring consistency across databases and visualization platforms.- Support forecasting, growth modeling, and performance tracking for new initiatives.- Bash script, power use of Linux command line tools like grep, cut is a plus.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 3–5 years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst, preferably in a D2C or eCommerce environment.- Strong proficiency in SQL or MongoDB for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, Kibana, or Plotly Dash.- Proficiency in Python for automation, data cleaning, and dashboard integration.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-first decision-making mindset.- Excellent communication skills for translating data insights into business actions.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in setting up real-time dashboards and automated alerts for business monitoring.- Understanding of predictive analytics and machine learning models for growth forecasting is a plus.Location: Bengaluru (On-site)Experience: 3–5 yearsEmployment Type: Full-time
