<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and optimize robust data models (conceptual, logical, and physical) to support analytics and business reporting needs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Leverage Advanced SQL skills for efficient data querying, transformation, performance tuning, and optimization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and maintain data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) leveraging native services and tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Architect and implement scalable Data Warehousing (DWH) solutions for storing and analyzing large volumes of structured and semi-structured data.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integrate data from ERP systems such as SAP and other enterprise platforms into centralized repositories.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform comprehensive data discovery, profiling, and validation to ensure data quality, trust, and compliance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and ensure adherence to data engineering best Skills & Experience : </b></p><p><br/></p>- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Data Modeling roles, with at least 5+ years in the Banking/Financial Services domain.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expert-level proficiency in SQL complex query writing, performance tuning, and optimization (Rating : 10/10).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong hands-on expertise in data modeling including conceptual, logical, and physical schema design.<br/><br/></p><p>- Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its data services (e.g., BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in building and maintaining data warehouses for enterprise-scale analytics.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with ERP data structures (e.g., SAP) and integrating ERP data into centralized data platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- High attention to data accuracy, governance, and validation standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced to Have : </b></p><p><br/></p>- Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to data governance frameworks and tools<br/><br/></p><p>- Prior experience working in Agile teams</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
