Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Science Analyst to join our internal division responsible for offshore talent sourcing.
This junior-level role requires a strong technical background in data analysis.
This individual will be instrumental in supporting our data initiatives by ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for our analytics and reporting needs.
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in SQL, Python, and the Google Cloud Platform, coupled with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years’ experience in engineering, analytics or related field.
3+ years experience working with Python, Google stack including BigQuery, GA4 and GTM.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of digital analytics tagging best practices and building data visualizations.
SQL experience with combining data from multiple sources.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability:
Operating in a dynamic environment where the need to adjust to new and changing priorities is required.
Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Documentation & Communication:
Ability to document use cases, business requirements, functional requirements, technical specifications and solution diagrams.
