<p>Job Description :<br/><br/>The Position : Senior Data Scientist (NLP)<br/><br/>Your Opportunity :<br/><br/>As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be expected to :<br/><br/>- Integrate and apply state-of-the-art language processing models and algorithms to extract insights from large volumes of text data<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using NLP techniques<br/><br/>- Mentor and guide other chapter members, providing technical support and expertise<br/><br/>- Present findings and insights to stakeholders through clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations, communicate ideas for team Analytics & Automation and willingly receive feedback for self-improvement<br/><br/>- Create and manage documentation for different data science / data engineering projects<br/><br/>- Collaborate in an agile and cross-functional team with other Data Scientists, Automation experts as well as business experts, so our Roche peers and patients will receive AMAZING solutions<br/><br/>- Lead data mining and collection procedures<br/><br/>- Ensure data quality and integrity<br/><br/>- Interpret and analyze data problems<br/><br/>- Conceive, plan and prioritize data projects<br/><br/>- Build analytic systems and predictive models<br/><br/>- Test performance of data-driven products<br/><br/>- Visualize data and create reports<br/><br/>- Align data projects with organizational goal<br/><br/>- Understands business problems and designs end-to-end analytics use cases<br/><br/>- Develops complex models and algorithms that drive innovation throughout the organization.
This may include improving on-time performance, network planning, etc.,<br/><br/>- Conducts advanced statistical analysis to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and measure performance<br/><br/>- Collaborates with model developers to implement and deploy scalable solutions<br/><br/>- Provides thought leadership by researching best practices, conducting experiments, and collaborating with industry leaders<br/><br/>Who You Are :<br/><br/>- You have a Bachelor's Degree (Masters is a plus) in mathematics, computer science, statistics, engineering, or information science<br/><br/>- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a multicultural environment with global processes (Commercial, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT)<br/><br/>- You have 2 years of professional work experience in:<br/><br/>- Utilizing machine learning frameworks and libraries to build, train, and deploy NLP models (LLM experience is a plus), and<br/><br/>- Integrating your solution within AWS and/or GCP and leveraging services provided by AWS and/or GCP<br/><br/>- You are a strong team player with interpersonal skills and strong collaborative and solution-focused mindset<br/><br/>- You possess strong communication, networking skills, you are someone who enjoys working with others and acts as a team player<br/><br/>- You want to contribute to solving business problems, taking on what tasks are necessary to make valuable solutions come to life<br/><br/>- You have extensive experience with stakeholder management<br/><br/>- English is a must, additional languages are a plus</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
