**What You’ll Be Doing**



+ **Design and deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions** , from problem framing and data exploration to deployment and monitoring.

+ Build and optimize **production-grade models** , ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement.

+ Develop **scalable pipelines** for data ingestion, feature engineering, and model training.

+ Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to **translate business challenges into technical solutions** that drive strategic impact.

+ Champion **best practices in experimentation, reproducibility, and model evaluation** .

+ Stay ahead of **emerging AI trends** , integrating innovations like Generative AI into real-world applications.

+ Communicate complex concepts clearly to **non-technical audiences** , enabling informed decisions.



**What We're Looking For**



+ 5+ years in Data Science or Machine Learning, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

+ Proven track record of delivering **production-ready AI solutions** with measurable business impact.

+ Hands-on experience with **Generative AI** is a strong plus.

+ Proficiency in **Python, SQL** , and frameworks like LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.

+ Familiarity with **cloud ML platforms** (Azure ML, Google Cloud AI) and tools like Databricks, MLflow.

+ Solid understanding of **CI/CD for ML** , model versioning, monitoring, and automation pipelines.

+ Ability to **influence stakeholders** , communicate technical insights effectively, and work cross-functionally.

+ A **curious learner** who thrives in ambiguity, embraces challenges, and continuously seeks improvement.

+ Strong **business acumen** and problem-solving skills with a bias for action.
