<p><p><b>About the Role :</b><br/><br/></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our growing data team.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of data engineering, machine learning, and analytics to design intelligent solutions that power our products and platforms.<br/><br/>You will be responsible for building and deploying advanced models, developing scalable data pipelines, and uncovering insights that drive strategic decisions.
This role offers the opportunity to work with large, complex datasets and cutting-edge tools in cloud-based environments, with applications in areas such as biometrics, fraud detection, user behavior analysis, and real-time personalization.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Design, build, and evaluate machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn for classification, regression, clustering, or anomaly detection.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL workflows using tools such as Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, Kafka, and cloud-native solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to gather requirements, define problem statements, and design data-driven solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python and SQL code to explore, manipulate, and transform large-scale datasets.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deploy machine learning models into production using MLOps practices and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor and improve model performance through experimentation, A/B testing, and error analysis.<br/><br/></p><p>- Generate dashboards, reports, or visualizations to communicate key findings and insights to technical and business stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to best practices in data science and machine learning, including versioning, reproducibility, and documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work on cutting-edge biometric solutions, such as face recognition, fingerprint analysis, or behavioral biometrics, in collaboration with product and R&D teams.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications :</b><br/><br/><b>Technical Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Strong programming skills in Python, including common data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, etc.).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating structured data.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with distributed data processing using Apache Spark.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and best practices in model development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, or similar.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong grasp of ETL, data wrangling, and data pipeline orchestration tools, e.g., Airflow, Kafka, or equivalent.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
