You’ll clean, validate, and upload records with high accuracy for our projects.
Must have: Proficient typing skills and computer literacy, solid Excel/Google Sheets, zero tolerance for errors.
About the role
You’ll enter, validate, and maintain large datasets across spreadsheets, CRMs, and internal tools.
The goal is simple: clean data, zero duplicates, reliable reports.
What you’ll do
- Enter and update records from multiple sources (forms, CSV, scans).
- Validate fields, fix formatting, and remove duplicates.
- Run basic checks before import: missing values, wrong country codes, email/phone formats.
- Maintain daily logs and meet throughput/accuracy targets.
- Prepare CSVs for import and reconcile errors after import.
- Follow naming conventions and data standards we share.
- Handle confidential data with care and follow our security guidelines.
Must-haves
- Proficient typing skills and computer literacy
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets: sorting, filters, data validation, text cleanups, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP or INDEX-MATCH, COUNTIF, basic pivot use.
- Comfortable with CSV imports/exports and large sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
- Clear written English;
ability to follow checklists and SOPs.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRMs or ticketing systems (Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot, Zendesk, etc.).
- Basic understanding of regex or simple SQL for finds/fixes.
- Prior work with event registration or e-commerce data.
