Your work profileAs a Senior Consultant in our Success Factors Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.

Job role Title: Database DeveloperDomain: Digital GovernmentExperience: 6+ YearsNotice Period: Immediate to 30 daysJob Role Strong hands-on experience in database configuration, optimization, and maintenance like Postgre SQLSkilled in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning for relational databases.Proficient in managing Postgre SQL and MS SQL Server databases, including backup, recovery, and security configurations.Knowledge of server setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting for database-driven applications.Familiar with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) for database hosting and management.Understanding of multiple database systems including Oracle, Postgre SQL, and MS SQL Server.Experience in connecting databases with applications and APIs for seamless data flow.Location and way of workingLocation: Delhi (Work from Office – 5 days)Your role as a Senior ConsultantWe expect our people to embrace and live our purpose by challenging themselves to identify issues that are most important for our clients, our people, and for society.
