<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/><b>About InspireXT :</b><br/><br/>InspireXT is on a mission to build the most trusted supply chains in the world.<br/><br/>Our Connected Intelligence vision combines Databricks with deep Oracle ERP/SCM, Salesforce, and industry accelerators to deliver compliant, AI-driven outcomes in Pharma, Manufacturing and Retail.<br/><br/>We are investing significantly in our Databricks alliance and building a certified practice from Pune to support global clients across UK, Europe, US and Asia.<br/><br/><b>Role Description :</b><br/><br/>As a Databricks Solution Architect at InspireXT, you will partner with our customers to design scalable, governed data architectures and lead migrations into the Databricks Lakehouse.<br/><br/>You will bring technical depth and business acumen to drive complex discussions and establish Databricks as the architecture of choice for regulated supply chains.<br/><br/>You will work closely with InspireXT Client Partners and Databricks AEs/SAs to influence accounts, capture the technical win, and deliver tangible business outcomes.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/><b>Architecture & Delivery :</b><br/><br/>- Design Medallion Lakehouse architectures with Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, DLT pipelines, and MLflow.<br/><br/>- Lead migrations from EDWs & CDWs into Databricks.<br/><br/>- Integrate ERP, CRM, MES, LIMS, and IoT sources into governed Delta layers.<br/><br/>- Establish Databricks Lakehouse as the standard data architecture.<br/><br/><b>Pre-Sales & Client Engagement :</b><br/><br/>- Collaborate with Client Partners to shape account strategies and win technical decisions.<br/><br/>- Lead discovery workshops, develop reference architectures, and present demos to business and technical stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Capture the technical win by validating Databricks integrations with ERP, CRM, and partner applications.<br/><br/><b>Thought Leadership :</b><br/><br/>- Act as a trusted advisor and event speaker, representing InspireXT and Databricks at industry forums, conferences, and webinars.<br/><br/>- Promote Databricks-inspired open-source projects (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow) across developer communities.<br/><br/>- Mentor engineers and build repeatable accelerators for identified and selected Industry use cases.<br/><br/><b>Migration Tools Awareness :</b><br/><br/>- Apply SQL migration toolkits such as Remorph (Databricks Labs) and Lakebridge, with critical awareness of their limitations.<br/><br/>- Design reconciliation pipelines (data diffs, lineage validation, regression checks) where automated tooling falls short.<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/>- 5+ years in customer-facing pre-sales, architecture, or consulting roles, overall 10+ years of experience in data, analytics and AI technologies.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in Databricks architecture : Unity Catalog, Medallion, Delta Lake, DLT, DBSQL, MLflow.<br/><br/>- Strong familiarity with ERP/CRM/EPM/LIMS/EDW/CDW, database integration, and cross platform migrations and integrations.<br/><br/>- Hands-on with big data engineering (Spark, Kafka), SQL/ETL, and cloud data warehousing.<br/><br/>- Programming in Python or Scala (Java/R desirable).<br/><br/>- Skilled at translating business problems into technology solutions and presenting to executive stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Experience designing and delivering production-ready data architectures on cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP welcome).<br/><br/><b>Good to have :</b><br/><br/>- Industry experience in Pharma, Manufacturing, or Retail supply chains.<br/><br/>- Certifications : Databricks Data Engineer or Solutions Architect, Oracle Cloud Data Management, Azure/AWS Architect.<br/><br/>- Exposure to Mosaic AI, agentic AI patterns, or :</b><br/><br/>As part of a growing, ambitious, and progressive organization you will receive a competitive compensation package including retirement benefits, health and life insurance.<br/><br/>In addition to your fixed salary, you will also receive variable compensation linked to the achievement of your goals.<br/><br/>- A chance to become a recognised Databricks thought leader in a high-growth practice.<br/><br/>- Ownership and visibility you will shape InspireXTs Databricks solutions globally.<br/><br/>- A collaborative, values-driven environment, anchored in our AMPlify philosophy (Autonomy, Mastery, Purpose).<br/><br/>- Opportunities to publish, speak, and build accelerators alongside Databricks</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
