and our Development Center is located out of Gurugram, India.<br/><br/><b>ORGANIZATIONS GROWTH PLAN :</b><br/><br/>Datacultrs vision is to enable convenient financing opportunities for consumers, entrepreneurs and small merchants, helping them combat the Socio-economic problems this segment faces due to restricted access to financing.<br/><br/>We are on a mission to enable 35 million unbanked& under-served people, access financial services by the end of 2026.<br/><br/><b>Position Overview :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a passionate and talented Embedded Systems Developer to join our dynamic engineering team.<br/><br/>In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize embedded systems and firmware solutions that power our cutting-edge products across IoT, and Consumer Electronics.<br/><br/>If you enjoy low-level programming, hardware-software integration, and solving complex engineering challenges, we want to hear from you!.<br/><br/><b>Core Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/><b>Firmware/Software Development :</b><br/><br/>- Design, develop, test, and debug embedded firmware/software for microcontrollers and embedded platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in C/C++ or Assembly.<br/><br/><b>Hardware Integration :</b><br/><br/>- Interface with sensors, wireless modules, and external peripherals (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc.)<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform hardware bring-up, board support package (BSP) development, and device driver creation.<br/><br/><b>System Architecture & Analysis :</b><br/><br/>- Analyze and interpret hardware datasheets and technical documents to integrate components correctly.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure system-level design optimization for performance, reliability, and cost.<br/><br/><b>Real-Time & Bare-Metal Systems :</b><br/><br/>- Work with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and bare-metal environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement multitasking and synchronization mechanisms where required.<br/><br/><b>FOTA (Firmware Over-The-Air) Updates :</b><br/><br/>- Develop and integrate Firmware Over-The-Air update mechanisms for embedded devices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure robust and secure update processes, including rollback and version control.<br/><br/><b>Documentation & Collaboration :</b><br/><br/>- Document software design, architecture, and technical specifications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, QA, product management) to align on project goals and timelines.<br/><br/><b>Key Requirements :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong proficiency in C/C++ for embedded development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Keil uVision IDE for ARM-based development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent ability to read and interpret circuit schematics effectively.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of microcontroller architectures and their peripheral interfaces.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with key communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, RS-232, Ethernet).<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience using debugging tools .<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with RTOS concepts and multitasking.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience implementing FOTA (Firmware Over-The-Air) updates.<br/><br/></p><p>- Comfortable with version control systems (Git preferred).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Understanding of low-power system design and optimization techniques.<br/><br/><b>Preferred or Nice-to-Have Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Experience with scripting languages</p><p><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Secure Boot and embedded security concepts.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with advanced debugging and profiling tools.<br/><br/><b>What We Offer :</b><br/><br/>- Opportunity to shape the future of unsecured lending in emerging markets.<br/><br/></p><p>- Competitive compensation package.<br/><br/></p><p>- Professional development and growth opportunities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborative, innovation-focused work environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.<br/><br/><b>Location & Work Model :</b><br/><br/>- Immediate joining possible.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work From Office only.<br/><br/></p><p>- Based in Gurugram, Sector 65.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
