<p><p><b>Description :</b></p><br/><p><b>Role Overview :</b></p><br/><p>We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with strong expertise in Python application development and exposure to Business Intelligence (BI) tools and data-driven platforms.
The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable applications, integrate data workflows, and collaborate closely with BI teams to deliver analytics-driven solutions.</p><br/><p><b>Notice :</b></p><br/><p>0-15 days preferred</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><br/><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements.</p><br/><p>- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python.</p><br/><p>- Build and integrate data pipelines to support BI dashboards and reporting systems.</p><br/><p>- Utilize server-side logic to seamlessly integrate with front-end components.</p><br/><p>- Perform application testing, debugging, and optimization to ensure performance and reliability.</p><br/><p>- Work with relational and non-relational databases to store and process structured/unstructured data.</p><br/><p>- Support BI tool integration (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar) with backend services.</p><br/><p>- Contribute to the design and implementation of high-performance, low-latency applications.</p><br/><p>- Participate in feature prioritization, evaluation, and provide technical recommendations.</p><br/><p>- Effective peer code reviews and mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.</p><br/><p><b>Required Skillsets :</b></p><br/><p>- Strong programming skills in Python with hands-on experience in frameworks like Flask, Django, or FastAPI.</p><br/><p>- Proficiency in object-oriented design, multithreading, and multiprocessing concepts.</p><br/><p>- Strong understanding of server-side templating, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.</p><br/><p>- Hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) and data modeling.</p><br/><p>- Exposure to BI/Analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik ability to integrate and optimize backend services for BI dashboards.</p><br/><p>- Good understanding of ETL workflows, data pipelines, and data integration techniques.</p><br/><p>- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD practices.</p><br/><p>- Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and debugging tools.</p><br/><p>- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse large datasets for application and BI use cases.</p><br/><p>- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.</p><br/><p><b>Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have) :</b></p><br/><p>- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for data storage and application deployment.</p><br/><p>- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).</p><br/><p>- Knowledge of data analysis libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) for Python-based BI support.</p><br/><p>- Knowledge of Apache Spark.</p><br/><p>- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
