We enable businesses of all sizesfrom ambitious startups to Fortune 500 companiesto unlock insights from their customer interactions across conversational, transactional, and structured datasets.<br/><br/></p><p>Founded by veterans from Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and Samsung, we're driven by a shared mission to democratize customer intelligence and make AI accessible to everyone.</p><br/><p><b>The Opportunity : </b><br/><br/></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React for frontend development and Node.js for backend development.<br/><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate should also have experience with AWS Cloud and knowledge of SaaS models to help us build and scale innovative solutions.</p><br/><p><b>Core Responsibilities : </b></p><br/><p><b>Frontend Development : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain highly responsive, scalable, and reusable user interface components using React.js and its ecosystem (e.g., Hooks, Context API).<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement efficient and predictable state management solutions, primarily using Redux Toolkit or React's built-in state management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Consume RESTful APIs and integrate real-time data feeds from WebSocket connections to display dynamic content.<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimize front-end applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability, including bundling, lazy loading, and rendering performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and develop responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests for React components and UI logic.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Vite).</p><br/><p><b>Backend Development : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure RESTful APIs using Node.js and frameworks like Express.js (or similar, e.g., NestJS).<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement and manage real-time, bi-directional communication functionalities using WebSockets (e.g., Socket.IO) for features like live updates, notifications, chat, and collaborative tools inherent in SaaS products.<br/><br/></p><p>- Design, query, and optimize database schemas (both relational, like PostgreSQL/MySQL and/or NoSQL like MongoDB/Redis) to support application features using Prisma or Typeorm.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop complex server-side business logic and integrate with various third-party services as needed.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of backend services, including handling concurrent requests and optimizing query performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring solutions for backend services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate on deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to maintaining production environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Write comprehensive unit, integration, and API tests for backend services.</p><br/><p><b>Required Qualifications : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- 4+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React.js and Node.js.<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrable experience working on SaaS (Software as a Service) products, understanding multi-tenancy, scalability, and user management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with WebSockets and related real-time communication protocols (e.g., Socket.IO; WebRTC is a plus).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.<br/><br/></p><p>- Extensive experience with React.js, including strong knowledge of Redux, React Hooks, and component-based architecture.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong command of Node.js and popular frameworks like Express.js.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with any ORM like Prisma for Typeorm.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and API design principles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git/AWS CodeCommit.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of software development best practices, including testing (unit, integration), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good understanding of GraphQL is a plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.</p><br/><p><b>Educational Requirements : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelor's or Masters degree in one of the following fields : <br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelor of Computer Science<br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelor of Engineering (Information Technology)<br/><br/></p><p>- Master's of Computer Science<br/><br/></p><p>- Master of Engineering (Information Technology)<br/>- OR<br/><br/></p><p>- Equivalent professional experience in FullStack Engineer (typically 4+ additional years of hands-on experience beyond the base requirement).</p><br/><p><b>Technical Skills : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in React and JavaScript (ES6+), including state management and routing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of RESTful API design, GraphQL, or other data querying languages.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in Node.js and backend frameworks for scalable development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite) and version control systems like Git.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, efficient code.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization/orchestration Technologies is a plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in deploying and managing cloud-based applications in a SaaS model.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
