<p>- We are looking for a Product Owner to organize, prioritize and assess work for our scrum team.<br/><br/>- Product Owner responsibilities include gathering feature requests, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints.<br/><br/>- To be successful in this role, you should be able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.<br/><br/>- Ultimately, you'll help us roll-out products that deliver our company's vision.<br/><br/> Core Responsibilities:<br/><br/>- Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap.<br/><br/>- Groom and prioritize backlog.<br/><br/>- Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria.<br/><br/>- Set sprint goals.<br/><br/>- Write acceptance tests.<br/><br/>- Plan releases and upgrades.<br/><br/>- Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints.<br/><br/>- Analyze preferences and requests of end users.<br/><br/>- Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback.<br/><br/>- Keep track of industry trends.<br/><br/> Required Qualifications:<br/><br/>- 7+ years experience in delivering complex, high-performance, and highly-available software products that have successfully delivered value for customers, with 3+ years experience in product management or related roles building products for customer experience/contact center environments.<br/><br/>- Demonstrate ability to and lead product management, product design, product marketing, and make data-driven decisions backed up with metric-driven results based on UX/UI research studies.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated ability to influence, and develop productive working relationships with technical teams and key stakeholders at different management levels across functions.<br/><br/>- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex problems, solutions, and plans effectively.<br/><br/> Desired Experience:<br/><br/>- Background in working on SaaS products.<br/><br/>- Experience with AI/ML products.<br/><br/>- Product owner experience.<br/><br/> Educational Requirements:<br/><br/>- Bachelor's Or Master's degree in one of the following fields:.<br/><br/>- Bachelor of Computer Science.<br/><br/>- Bachelor of Engineering (Information Technology).<br/><br/>- Masters of Computer Science.<br/><br/>- Master of Engineering (Information Technology).<br/><br/> OR<br/><br/>- Equivalent professional experience in Product Owner (typically 5+ additional years of hands-on experience beyond the base requirement).</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
