<p><p><b>Description : </b><br/><br/></p><p><br/>Senior Techno-Functional Consultant - Oracle CDM & CX Cloud<br/><br/><b>About the Role : </b><br/><br/></p><p><br/>We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) Techno-Functional Consultant.
This leadership role requires deep technical expertise in CDM architecture and strong functional consulting skills to drive successful data strategy and implementation projects.
You will be responsible for leading end-to-end CDM implementations, managing complex data processes, and serving as the primary bridge between business needs and the technical solution within the broader Oracle CX ecosystem.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Implementation Leadership : Lead the technical and functional tracks for at least 2 full Oracle CDM implementations, serving as the primary techno-functional consultant.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Data Architecture & Manipulation : Design and implement CDM solutions by creating and modifying data structures, views, and data stores within the platform.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Data Transformation & Management : Work with highly complex data structures to extract and transform data for migration, quality improvement, and operational use.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- CDM Feature Expertise : Apply expert knowledge of core Oracle CDM features, including deduplication logic and sophisticated merging of Account/Contact records.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- SaaS Technical Development : Demonstrate a good understanding of SaaS Extensions, specifically utilizing Groovy scripting for custom business logic, performing data integrations, and configuring the solution via Application Composer.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Functional Consulting : Conduct detailed requirement and design workshops, gather comprehensive business requirements, document those, perform thorough fit-gap analysis, and accurately map requirements to the CDM application capabilities.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Reporting and Analytics : Possess the ability to design and develop reports and dashboards (e.g., using Oracle BI tools) in accordance with precise business intelligence requirements.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Deployment and Testing : Perform necessary system configurations, author detailed functional design documents, and develop and document rigorous test scripts.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Project Management Support : Manage and run conference room pilots (CRPs), drive user testing and training workshops, and co-ordinate with Onshore & Offshore functional/technical teams across all phases of the implementation.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Stakeholder Engagement : Engage business users spanning multiple business units to ensure a cohesive articulation of business goals and processes, guaranteeing effective technology solutions.<br/><br/><b>Required Skill Set (Mandatory Skills) : </b><br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Experience : Experience leading at least 2 full Oracle CDM implementations as a lead techno-functional consultant.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Technical CDM : Proven ability to create and modify data structures, views, and data stores in Oracle CDM.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- SaaS Extensions : Must have a strong understanding of SaaS Extensions using Groovy, data integrations, and Application Composer.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- CDM Features : Expertise in CDM features like deduplication, merging of Account/Contact records, and handling ad-hoc data change requests.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Functional Expertise : Strong ability to gather and document business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and manage system configuration.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Oracle CX : Understanding of the broader Oracle Sales Cloud or related CX suite.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills : </b><br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Experience with Data Quality tools integrated into the CDM solution.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Certification in Oracle CX or relevant cloud technology.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and complex extractions.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
