The ideal candidate will be an expert in the Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Cloud suite, responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable, high-performing solutions for our global clients.
This role demands a strong technical background in CPQ functionalities, a proficiency in BML scripting and UI customizations, and the ability to integrate CPQ with other enterprise systems to streamline the quote-to-order process.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>CPQ Solution Architecture & Development : </b></p><p><br/><p>- Design and develop comprehensive solutions within Oracle CPQ Cloud, including complex configuration rules, pricing matrices, and approval workflows.</p><p><br/>- Customize Commerce Processes and create dynamic quote templates using Document Designer to meet specific business requirements.</p></p><br/><b>Technical Customization & Scripting : </b><br/><br/>- Write, debug, and maintain BML (BigMachines Language) scripts to extend and automate functionality within the platform.<br/><br/>- Implement UI customizations using a combination of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance the user experience.<br/><br/><b>Systems Integration & Support : </b><br/><br/>- Integrate Oracle CPQ with a variety of external systems, including CRM (Sales Cloud/Salesforce) and ERP (Oracle Fusion/EBS).<br/><br/>- Provide expert-level support during unit testing, UAT, and deployment activities.<br/><br/>- Conduct post-go-live issue resolution and ongoing maintenance to ensure the solution's stability and performance.<br/><br/><b>Documentation & Collaboration : </b><br/><br/>- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, including solution design documents and configuration guides.<br/><br/>- Work closely with CX functional consultants to translate complex business requirements into robust technical specifications.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Core Experience : </b><br/><br/>- 6+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle CX CPQ Developer.<br/><br/><b>Technical Proficiency : </b><br/><br/>- In-depth knowledge of Oracle CPQ Cloud's core modules and functionalities.<br/><br/>- Expertise in BML scripting.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for UI customization.<br/><br/><b>Integration : </b><br/><br/>- Proven experience with integrating Oracle CPQ with CRM and ERP systems.<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of integration methods such as SOAP and REST APIs.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills</b><br/><br/>- Experience with Oracle CPQ certification.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of other Oracle CX products.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.<br/><br/>- Experience with source control systems like Git.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
