<p><p><b>Description : </b><br/><br/>Location : Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India<br/><br/>Level : Entry Level<br/><br/>Experience : 23 Years<br/><br/>Reporting To : Departmental Head<br/><br/>Education : BE/B.Tech/MCA<br/><br/><b>About the Role : </b><br/><br/>We are seeking a proactive WordPress Consultant to join our Technical Department in Lucknow.<br/><br/>This is an Entry Level role requiring 23 years of hands-on experience in the design, development, and maintenance of professional websites using WordPress.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with strong foundational skills in web technologies and a keen interest in good design principles.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/>- Website Development & Implementation : Design, develop, and implement functional, high-quality websites using the WordPress platform based on defined project specifications.<br/><br/>- Frontend Engineering : Write standards-based, semantic HTML and CSS code, developing modern layouts using table-less design, and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.<br/><br/>- Scripting and Interactivity : Apply proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML/HTML5 to develop interactive and dynamic user interfaces and features.<br/><br/>- Backend Integration : Utilize PHP in an object-orientated manner to customize themes, develop custom functionality, and implement essential workflows.<br/><br/>- Code Quality & Maintenance : Produce well-commented and structured code that adheres to development best practices, ensuring ease of maintenance and scalability.<br/><br/>- Independent Execution : Demonstrate the ability to work independently on assigned tasks while being results-oriented and taking initiative.<br/><br/>- Collaboration & Communication : Maintain good communication skills for effective collaboration with the Departmental Head and cross-functional teams.<br/><br/><b>Required Skill Set (Mandatory Skills) : </b><br/><br/>- Experience : 23 years of experience in designing and developing websites using WordPress.<br/><br/>- Education : Minimum diploma holders or above in IT or Software Engineering (BE/B.Tech/MCA preferred).<br/><br/>- Frontend Mastery : Proficient and experienced in XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML/HTML5.<br/><br/>- Code Standards : Proven ability to write standards-based, semantic HTML and CSS and modern layouts using table-less design.<br/><br/>- PHP : Experience working with PHP in an object-orientated manner and developing workflows using PHP.<br/><br/>- Work Ethic : Must be self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Skills : </b><br/><br/>Candidates with a good understanding of fundamental design principles and user experience (UX) best practices will be given preference</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
