<p>We are seeking an experienced Data Science Decision Analyst with strong expertise in analytics, reporting, and data-driven strategy.

</p><p><br/></p><p>The role involves developing advanced analytical solutions, leveraging big data technologies, and collaborating with business teams to deliver actionable insights and value propositions.

</p><p><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Python, SQL, visualization tools, and machine learning, along with the ability to drive data strategy at scale.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>Key Responsibilities :</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and deploy data-driven analytical models to support business decision-making.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Conduct advanced analytics and reporting using structured and unstructured datasets.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Implement and optimize machine learning operations (MLOps) to enhance predictive and prescriptive capabilities.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Leverage PySpark and other big data tools for scalable analytics.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Write, review, and optimize Python and SQL code for analytics workflows.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Work with Big Data platforms to process, analyze, and interpret large-scale datasets.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with data engineers and architects to ensure robust data pipelines and quality standards.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Create impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Translate complex analytical findings into business-friendly insights.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Utilize AWS services for data storage, processing, and analytics.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Stay updated with emerging technologies in data science, AI/ML, and cloud ecosystems to propose enhancements.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Articulate value propositions and identify enhancement opportunities for business functions through analytics.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Contribute to the data strategy roadmap, aligning with organizational goals.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into core business processes.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>Required Skills & Qualifications :</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>Experience : </p><p><br/></p><p>- 68 years in Data Science / Analytics / Reporting.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL (mandatory).</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with Big Data tools and platforms.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Expertise in PySpark for distributed computing.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Machine Learning Operations (MLOps).</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Visualization expertise in Power BI and Tableau.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Exposure to AWS cloud services (preferred).</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Strategic thinking with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork capabilities.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>Assessment Areas (for selection process) :</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in Python and SQL coding.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Big Data tools, PySpark, Power BI, Tableau.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Strategic and analytical thinking abilities.</p><p> </p><p><br/></p><p>- Problem-solving and technical application to real-world business scenarios.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
