The role is designed to provide hands-on training in project management and scrum practices, preparing the candidate for future leadership responsibilities in managing end-to-end projects.<br/><br/>Key Responsibilities :<br/><br/>- Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities in alignment with business goals.<br/><br/>- Support Scrum ceremonies such as weekly stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.<br/><br/>- Create sprint reports and Monthly Progress Reports of each project.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, UI/UX, product owners) to ensure smooth delivery of project deliverables.<br/><br/>- Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary.<br/><br/>- Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and dashboards (e.g., Jira/Confluence).<br/><br/>- Leverage expertise in JIRA to maintain project workflows, monitor KPIs, and support Agile ceremonies.<br/><br/>- Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.<br/><br/>- Learn and apply project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall) under the mentorship of senior managers.<br/><br/>Required Qualifications :<br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.<br/><br/>- 2-5 years of professional work experience (preferably in IT, software development, or project coordination roles).<br/><br/>- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, or similar).<br/><br/>- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.<br/><br/>- Strong ability to work independently with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.<br/><br/>- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<br/><br/>Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :<br/><br/>- Certification in Agile/Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).<br/><br/>- Exposure to client interactions or stakeholder management.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).<br/><br/>- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.<br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
