<p><p><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><br/>- Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact software projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and within-budget execution while driving P&L responsibility for the portfolio.<br/><br/>- Act as the primary liaison for stakeholders, customers, and leadership teams, ensuring seamless communication, alignment, and expectation management across all project phases.<br/><br/>- Oversee multiple delivery teams, driving productivity, efficiency, and operational excellence through strategic planning and execution.<br/><br/>- Hire, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring the right skills and culture fit to drive high performance and long-term success.<br/><br/>- Provide mentorship and leadership to ensure high-performance teams, fostering continuous learning, collaboration, and technical excellence.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, and QA teams to define, scope, and execute project deliverables effectively.<br/><br/>- Implement Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies to optimize team efficiency, delivery timelines, and overall software quality.<br/><br/>- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth execution and maximizing business impact.<br/><br/>- Drive continuous process improvements, automation, and best practices to enhance delivery predictability and productivity.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- 18+ years of experience in software development and delivery, with expertise in Java-based technologies (Spring, Hibernate, Microservices, etc.)<br/><br/>- Proven track record as a Delivery Manager or Program Manager, handling large, complex projects and teams (50+ members), with direct P&L responsibility.<br/><br/>- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience in leading Agile teams.<br/><br/>- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence, inspire, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.<br/><br/>- Deep understanding of software delivery best practices, productivity optimization, and software architecture.<br/><br/>- Experience managing large-scale, distributed, high-performance Java-based applications.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to drive operational efficiency, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under pressure.<br/><br/>- Strong stakeholder management, client engagement, and contract negotiation experience.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
