What You’ll Do
- 40 % Software Development – craft integrations and new features in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- 60 % AI Management – deploy, monitor, and fine-tune Avoca’s conversational agents for the nation’s largest HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies.
- Troubleshoot production issues, own root-cause analysis, and ship fixes fast.
- Partner with client stakeholders and Avoca Product to roll out enhancements that raise conversion KPIs.
