We are looking for a result-driven  Assistant / Deputy Manager – Infra Projects   with strong expertise in  project sales   .
The role involves driving business development and sales growth in infrastructure projects, particularly with experience in  concrete admixtures .
 
 Key Responsibilities   
-  Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities in  infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, metros, airports, industrial projects, etc.)  .
 
 
-  Build and maintain strong relationships with  contractors, consultants, architects, government authorities, and key decision-makers   .
 
 
-  Drive  sales of concrete admixtures, grouts, waterproofing, and other construction chemical products   .
 
 
-  Manage the  end-to-end sales cycle   including lead generation, presentations, product trials, negotiations, and closing deals.
 
 
-  Work closely with the  technical and project support teams   to ensure successful product implementation.
 
 
-  Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to recommend business growth opportunities.
 
 
-  Achieve assigned  sales targets and project conversion goals   .
 
 
 Qualifications & Experience   
-  BE / B.Tech in Civil or Chemical Engineering   (mandatory).
 
 
- 5+ years of proven experience   in project sales within  construction chemicals, concrete admixtures, or related building material industry   .
 
 
-  Added advantage if he has own vehicle.
 
 
-  Strong  networking and relationship management skills   with infrastructure project stakeholders.
 
 
-  Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 
 
-  Ability to work independently with a  target-driven approach   .
 
 
-  Willingness to travel frequently for project visits and client meetings.
