Job Title:  IT Support / Desktop & End-User Support Engineer

Shift / Timings:  8 AM – 8 PM (Onsite Support) 
About the Role:  
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Support / Desktop & End-User Support Engineer  to provide onsite technical support  for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other IT systems.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-user support, device configuration, troubleshooting , and exposure to Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Intune/EMS  environments.
Key Responsibilities:  
- Provide onsite technical support  for desktops, laptops, printers, and other user devices.
 
 
- Troubleshoot and configure end-user devices, including mobile and Wi-Fi connectivity .
 
 
- Manage and resolve incidents through ITIL-based ticketing systems .
 
 
- Deliver L2 support  for O365 and Intune/EMS across desktops and mobile devices.
 
 
- Install, update, and troubleshoot antivirus software  and endpoint security tools.
 
 
- Support users with MS Office, Outlook , and related productivity applications.
 
 
- Coordinate with external vendors and escalate issues when required.
 
 
- Ensure implementation of IT best practices  and compliance with global IT standards.
 
 
- Perform O365 mailbox configuration , license management, and OneDrive administration.
 
 
- Configure and maintain ADFS  for user authentication and access control.
 
 
Skills & Qualifications:  
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in desktop/laptop support  and mobile device troubleshooting .
 
 
- Working knowledge of Azure AD, O365, Intune/EMS , and antivirus management.
 
 
- Familiarity with ITIL processes  and ticket lifecycle management.
 
 
- Strong coordination and vendor management abilities.
 
 
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills .
