<p><p><b>Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design, develop, and maintain applications using <b>.NET (C#), SQL Server, and SSIS.</b><br/><br/>- Build and optimize <b>data integration workflows</b> and <b>ETL processes.</b><br/><br/>- Develop and maintain <b>APIs and web services</b> for internal and external integrations.<br/><br/>- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.<br/><br/>- Create and maintain technical documentation for applications and interfaces.<br/><br/><b>Operational Support & Monitoring :</b><br/><br/>- Monitor application health, logs, and performance during business hours.<br/><br/>- Perform routine maintenance tasks including IIS server management and service restarts.<br/><br/>- Manage installation, configuration, and updates of applications and services.<br/><br/>- Ensure uptime and reliability through proactive monitoring and issue resolution.<br/><br/><b>Incident, Problem & Change Management :</b><br/><br/>- Handle incidents, problems, and changes using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).<br/><br/>- Maintain and update support frameworks and access management records.<br/><br/>- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and communication.<br/><br/><b>Security & Compliance : </b><br/><br/>- Manage certificates, client secrets, and service accounts.<br/><br/>- Execute security processes and ensure compliance with internal policies.<br/><br/>- Support identity and access management (IAM) updates and audits.<br/><br/><b>Data & File Management :</b><br/><br/>- Monitor and troubleshoot file transfers and data flows across systems.<br/><br/>- Support daily, monthly, and delta data processing tasks.<br/><br/>- Ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms.<br/><br/><b>Service & Project Management :</b><br/><br/>- Maintain technical documentation and application landscape diagrams.<br/><br/>- Use tools like LeanIX, Draw.io, and Confluence to document processes and interfaces.<br/><br/>- Lead or support technical projects, upgrades, and migrations.<br/><br/>- Establish and maintain a robust support framework for managed services.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Proficiency in <b>.NET (C#), SQL Server (T-SQL), and SSIS.</b><br/><br/>- Experience with <b>IIS server management</b> and application deployment.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with <b>ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and enterprise architecture tools (e.g., LeanIX).</b><br/><br/>- Strong understanding of <b>API development,</b> integration patterns, and data workflows.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of security practices including certificate management and IAM.<br/><br/>- Excellent <b>troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.</b><br/><br/>- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
