<p><p>We are looking for a seasoned DevOps Architect to lead cloud-native architecture efforts and champion GitOps practices for our enterprise platforms.<br/><br/> You will work across teams to define best-in-class solutions for deploying .NET microservices to Kubernetes (AKS and GKE) using Flux, Azure DevOps, and cloud-native tooling on Azure and GCP.</p><p><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/> - Define and implement end-to-end GitOps strategies using Flux for managing Kubernetes workloads.<br/><br/> - Architect scalable CI/CD pipelines for deploying .NET Core/.NET 6+ apps to AKS and GKE.<br/><br/> - Set standards for Kubernetes governance, Git branching, Helm templating, and secrets management.<br/><br/> - Lead infrastructure automation using Terraform and cloud-native DevOps tooling.<br/><br/> - Guide cross-functional teams in adopting GitOps workflows and cloud-native delivery models.<br/><br/> - Design highly available, secure, and observable systems across Azure and GCP.<br/><br/> - Evaluate and implement platform tools (e.g ,flux, Kustomize) where needed.<br/><br/> - Mentor DevOps engineers, provide architectural guidance, and drive technical roadmaps.</p><p><br/><b>Required Skills :</b><br/><br/> - 15+ years in software/DevOps engineering with at least 3 years in an architect role.<br/><br/> - Expertise in building and operating GitOps systems using Flux (v2) and Helm.<br/><br/> - Deep understanding of AKS, GKE, and container orchestration practices.<br/><br/> - Strong background in .
