<p><p><b>Job Title :</b> DevOps Developer<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Hyderabad (Work from Office)<br/><br/><b>Experience Preferred :</b> 7- 10 Years<br/><br/><b>Employment Type :</b> Full-time</p><br/><p><b>Job Summary :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are looking for a skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer who has hands-on knowledge of InstallShield and focuses on automating and streamlining the software development lifecycle, emphasizing collaboration, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD).</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and other automation tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage InstallShield packaging, scripting, and migrations to alternate tools (WIX Toolset, Advanced Installer, etc.) as required.<br/><br/></p><p>- Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Shell, or MS scripting languages.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with development teams to integrate .NET Core applications with DevOps workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage cloud deployments on AWS and Azure, ensuring scalability, security, and availability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with version control systems (SVN, Git) to manage code repositories and branching strategies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot build and deployment issues, ensuring quick resolution and continuous improvement.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Development, Product) to support faster release cycles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Explore, evaluate, and migrate InstallShield projects to modern packaging/installer solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain documentation, best practices, and knowledge-sharing sessions for the team.</p><br/><p><b>Required Skills & Qualifications :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent.<br/><br/></p><p>- 7- 10 years of experience in DevOps engineering.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in InstallShield and InstallShield scripting language.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in scripting (MS Scripting, Shell, PowerShell).<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid experience with .NET Core, Visual Studio 2022.<br/><br/></p><p>- Cloud experience with AWS & Azure.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with installer packaging tools (WIX Toolset, Advanced Installer, InstallAware, Visual Studio Installer Projects).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with version control systems (SVN, Git).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication and collaboration skills.</p><br/><p><b>Good to Have :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Experience in advanced DevOps tools and practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of migration from InstallShield to alternate installer tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
