<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Git and Jenkins, ensuring seamless integration and deployment workflows.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization, orchestration, and scaling of services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement and manage web servers and reverse proxies such as Nginx and Apache.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor system health using Prometheus, Grafana, and other cloud-native observability tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure security best practices for cloud services and Kubernetes environments are followed.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support and manage logging infrastructure using ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) stack at scale.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide solutions in collaboration with development teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to cost optimization, high availability, and performance tuning of cloud services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Utilize distributed tracing and APM tools to monitor application performance and resolve issues proactively.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage and maintain distributed messaging systems like Kafka and task queues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design infrastructure and deployment strategies that support business goals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL and MongoDB, with a basic understanding of their deployment and management.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Understanding of Microsoft Azure is a Skills & Experience :</b></p><p><p><br/></p>- 58 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with GCP infrastructure and services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in Python and at least one additional language (e.g., Node.js, Go, or Shell </p><p>scripting).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Terraform and Ansible for IaC and configuration management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong background in containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).<br/><br/></p><p>- Working experience with Nginx, Apache, and reverse proxies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding of cloud security and Kubernetes security controls.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and monitoring/alerting systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of APM tools and distributed tracing methodologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) at scale.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to Kafka or other messaging/queue systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Working knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB, or other relational/NoSQL databases.<br/><br/></p><p>- Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud Qualifications :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- Certification in GCP or Kubernetes is a plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
