Job Description  
Key Responsibilities:  
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines primarily using Jenkins to improve deployment efficiency and reliability.
 
 
- Collaborate with development teams to understand their requirements and provide DevOps support across multiple programming languages and frameworks.
 
 
- Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline and deployment issues promptly, supporting continuous delivery best practices.
 
 
- Drive metrics and improvements to optimize code delivery and pipeline performance.
 
 
- Manage and optimize VM-based environments, including Pivotal Cloud Foundry and AWS infrastructure.
 
 
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Kornshell and Bash.
 
 
- Support deployment and management of Java/Spring Boot and ReactJS applications in VM and cloud environments.
 
 
Required Skills and Experience:  
- Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins CI/CD ecosystem and related DevOps tooling.
 
 
- Proven expertise in defining, measuring, and improving code delivery processes to production.
 
 
- Experience working in VM server environments and managing build/release automation.
 
 
- Proficiency in scripting languages, especially Kornshell and Bash.
 
 
- Good understanding of Java-based services; familiarity with Spring Boot frameworks is a plus.
 
 
- Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and organizational skills.
 
 
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and CI/CD best practices.
 
 
Desired / Good-to-Have Skills:  
- AWS expertise including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation, Lambda, and RDS.
 
 
- Experience managing CI/CD automation for containerized workloads (ECS/EKS).
 
 
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional team environments.
 
 
- Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced, startup-like setups.
 
 
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and incremental change.
