In this role, youll ensure our applications and environments run smoothly, proactively manage reliability and security, and empower our teams with modern DevOps practices.<br/><br/><b>What Youll Do : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure applications and environments are stable, scalable, secure, and high-performing.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement reliable solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and automate deployment pipelines, configuration management, and patching systems.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Implement observability (monitoring & alerting) using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Signoz.<br/><br/></p><p>- Create runbooks and automate processes to minimize outages and manual interventions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify and mitigate reliability & security risks (e.g., peak loads, DDoS, human errors).<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot across the full stack (software, applications, network).<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage project priorities and deliverables in a self-organizing team environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in code reviews, retrospectives, and continuous learning.<br/><br/><p><b>What Were Looking For :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- 3+ years of experience with Azure cloud building highly available, secure, and scalable </p><p>systems.</p><p><br/></p>- Strong knowledge of Linux server administration (patching, packaging, performance tuning, </p><p>networking, security).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of networking, cloud security, and CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency with Bash and at least one high-level scripting language.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Pulumi).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerized environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Basic knowledge of observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Signoz).<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical details clearly.<br/><br/><p><b>Bonus Points For :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with Pulumi (TypeScript/Golang), Node.js, or Serverless architectures.</p><p><br/></p>- Familiarity with governance & compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC2, PCI).<br/><br/></p><p>- Prior experience in product startups.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL administration & scaling.<br/><br/><p><b>Why Join Us ?</b></p><p><br/>- Work on impactful projects that power fast-growing businesses.</p></p><p><br/>- Opportunity to shape and scale infrastructure in a high-growth product startup.</p><p><br/>- Collaborative and learning-first culture.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Competitive compensation and growth opportunities.<br/><br/>Location : Mumbai, India<br/><br/>Employment Type: Full-time</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
