<p><b>Job Title</b> : DevOps Engineer<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Hyderabad<br/><br/><b>Employment Type :</b> Full-Time<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform (Infrastructure as Code - IaC).<br/><br/>- Manage AWS Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, ECS, and other AWS services to ensure high availability and performance.<br/><br/>- Utilize Secret Manager & Parameter Store to securely store and manage sensitive configurations.<br/><br/>- Implement right-sizing strategies for cost optimization, leveraging AWS Compute Savings Plans and Reserved Instances.<br/><br/>- Maintain scalable, fault-tolerant architectures following AWS Well-Architected Framework.<br/><br/><b>CI/CD & Deployment Strategies :</b><br/><br/>- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for seamless code deployments and rollbacks.<br/><br/>- Implement blue-green and canary deployment strategies for zero-downtime releases.<br/><br/>- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/>- Work closely with development teams to streamline release processes and reduce deployment times,<br/><br/><b>Monitoring, Logging & Security :</b><br/><br/>- Configure CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, and ELK stack for log aggregation and monitoring.<br/><br/>- Implement alerting mechanisms and automated anomaly detection for system health checks.<br/><br/>- Ensure compliance with AWS security best practices and implement IAM roles, policies, and security groups.<br/><br/>- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability scanning, and disaster recovery testing.<br/><br/>- Design and implement disaster recovery (DR) strategies for critical workloads.<br/><br/>- Set up multi-region failover and backup mechanisms to ensure business continuity.<br/><br/>- Optimize SQS and SNS architectures for event-driven and message-based processing.<br/><br/>- Work on auto-scaling strategies to improve reliability and scalability.<br/><br/>- Continuously analyze AWS billing and usage, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.<br/><br/>- Implement right-sizing policies and recommendations for ECS, Lambda, RDS, and other cloud resources.<br/><br/>- Utilize AWS Trusted Advisor and other cost-saving tools to reduce cloud expenditure.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- 5+ years of experience in AWS DevOps, Infrastructure, or Cloud Engineering.<br/><br/>- Strong expertise in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, ECS, Secret Manager, and Parameter Store.<br/><br/>- Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (ECS, Fargate, Kubernetes).<br/><br/>- Strong background in SQS, SNS, CloudWatch, AWS X-Ray, and centralized logging solutions.<br/><br/>- Experience implementing blue-green deployments, disaster recovery, and high-availability architectures.<br/><br/>- Expertise in AWS cost optimization, right-sizing, and performance tuning.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with monitoring and security tools (AWS GuardDuty, CloudTrail, AWS Security Hub).<br/><br/>- Experience with serverless technologies (AWS Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with API Gateway, Cognito, and IAM security best practices.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of hybrid cloud environments (AWS & Azure).<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with AWS Savings Plans, Cost Explorer, and AWS Budget tools.<br/><br/>- Exposure to FinOps methodologies for optimizing cloud spend.<br/><br/>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.<br/><br/>- Equivalent industry experience with strong technical expertise will also be considered.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
