<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Terraform, and Pulumi to join our dynamic team.
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in automating and managing our cloud infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the availability, scalability, and reliability of our cloud-based :</b><br/><br/>- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform using Terraform and Pulumi.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with development teams to understand application requirements and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployments.<br/><br/>- Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools to streamline operational tasks, including monitoring, logging, and backups.<br/><br/>- Ensure high availability and fault tolerance of cloud services, implementing disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.<br/><br/>- Perform system and application performance analysis, tuning, and troubleshooting to optimize performance and efficiency.<br/><br/>- Monitor infrastructure and application health, responding to incidents and performing root cause analysis as needed.<br/><br/>- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies, recommending and implementing improvements to our infrastructure and DevOps processes.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive DevOps initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and automation.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.<br/><br/>- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a focus on cloud-based environments, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).<br/><br/>- Strong expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Pulumi for automating cloud infrastructure.<br/><br/>- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.<br/><br/>- Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash, Python, or Ruby for automation tasks.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) for automating software build, test, and deployment processes.<br/><br/>- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) to ensure observability of cloud-based applications.<br/><br/>- Solid understanding of cloud security best practices and networking concepts in GCP.<br/><br/>- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) certification (e.g., Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer).<br/><br/>- Experience with other cloud providers (AWS, Azure) and multi-cloud architectures.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of serverless computing and event-driven architectures</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
