<p><p><b>The Role : </b>DevOps Engineer.<br/><br/><b> WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR : <br/></b><br/> Kaseya is seeking a motivated and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our innovative engineering team.<br/><br/> As a DevOps Engineer, you will help drive continuous integration, delivery, and deployment practices, supporting our software developers in delivering high-quality IT management solutions efficiently.<br/><br/><b> WHAT YOU'LL DO : <br/></b><br/> As a DevOps Engineer at Kaseya, you will collaborate with the engineering team to bridge the gap between development and operations, facilitating the integration, delivery, and deployment of software solutions.<br/><br/> Your technical abilities and enthusiasm for automation will be key in optimizing and streamlining the software development Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p> - Implement and manage automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline code integration, testing, and deployment.<br/><br/></p><p> - Write and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for provisioning and managing cloud resources.<br/><br/></p><p> - Monitor infrastructure and application performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure availability and reliability.<br/><br/></p><p> - Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure costs using tools and best practices.<br/><br/></p><p> - Implement and enforce security best practices, including vulnerability scanning and secrets management.<br/><br/></p><p> - Provision and maintain containerized deployments using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.<br/><br/></p><p> - Administer configuration management using tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.<br/><br/></p><p> - Support data infrastructure, including deployment, scaling, monitoring, and backup of databases (e.g. , AWS RDS, MySQL, PostgreSQL).<br/><br/></p><p> - Participate in incident management by troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis.<br/><br/></p><p> - Participate in on-call rotations and assist in response during critical incidents or outages.<br/><br/></p><p> - Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate automated testing and feedback loops into the deployment process.<br/><br/></p><p> - Maintain and enhance monitoring, observability, and logging systems (e.g. , Datadog, CloudWatch, Grafana, Kibana).<br/><br/></p><p> - Assist with network management tasks, including configuration of VPNs, VPCs, load balancers, DNS, and firewalls.<br/><br/></p><p> - Facilitate release management to ensure smooth deployments and rollbacks.<br/><br/></p><p> - Analyze system capacity and performance, tuning infrastructure for efficiency and scalability.<br/><br/></p><p> - Stay up to date with emerging DevOps technologies, tools, and Skills and Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p> - 3+ years experience deploying solutions in AWS, with expertise in writing infrastructure-as-code using tools like CloudFormation or Terraform, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab).<br/><br/></p><p> - Good understanding of technical architecture, deployment, and scalable systems across cloud and hybrid environments.<br/><br/></p><p> - Proficiency in scripting (Python, Shell), configuration management (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet), and version control systems, including GitHub/GitLab branching strategies and workflows.<br/><br/></p><p> - Experience supporting containerized deployments (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes) and managing data infrastructure (AWS RDS, MySQL, PostgreSQL).<br/><br/></p><p> - Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and logging tools such as Datadog, CloudWatch, Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch, or OpenSearch.<br/><br/></p><p> - Experience in incident management (troubleshooting, resolution, postmortems/RCAs), on-call rotation (OpsGenie, PagerDuty), and disaster recovery planning/testing.<br/><br/></p><p> - Knowledge in cost management and optimization using automated tools (AWS Cost Explorer).<br/><br/></p><p> - Understanding of network management, including VPNs, VPCs, load balancing, DNS, firewalls, and familiarity with API management technologies (AWS API Gateway).<br/><br/></p><p> - Collaborative skills using team tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack) for incident response and project coordination.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
