Urgent! DevOps Engineer - Linux/Unix Administration Job Opening In Pune – Now Hiring Rainclouds Global Solutions LLP
<p><b>Job Description:</b><br/><br/>- Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration<br/><br/>- Experience with automation/configuration management using either Jenkin, Puppet, Chef or an equivalent<br/><br/>- Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud services (experience with AWS/VMware/Azure/GCP is required)<br/><br/>- Strong experience with SQL and MySQL (NoSQL experience is a plus, too, since we also use Redis)<br/><br/>- A working understanding of code and script (PHP, Python, Perl and/or Ruby)<br/><br/>- Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service.<br/><br/>- Implement integrations requested by customers.<br/><br/>- Deploy updates and fixes<br/><br/>- Provide Level 2 technical support.<br/><br/>- Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience.<br/><br/>- Perform root cause analysis for production errors<br/><br/>- Investigate and resolve technical issues<br/><br/>- Develop scripts to automate visualization<br/><br/>- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.<br/><br/>- Experience in CI/CD tools like ansible, Jenkins, git etc.<br/><br/>- Experience in cloud formation/Terraform<br/><br/>- Good understanding about IaaS, SaaS and PaaS.<br/><br/>- Understands and preferable if working on NFV Technologies.<br/><br/>- Identify improvements, develop infrastructure services and automate manual work.<br/><br/>- Understanding of OWASP<br/><br/>- Experience on different Threat Modelling Methodology (STRIDE, PASTA, NIST, SAST)<br/><br/>- Tracking and detecting new vulnerabilities and their remediation.<br/><br/>- Understanding and turning feedback from security analysis tools into infrastructure improvements<br/><br/>- Hands on experience with Docker & Kubernetes.<br/><br/>- Creating secure container images<br/><br/>- Implementing Container Network security<br/><br/>- Automation of security testing<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience on Container Security tools including scanning the containers, scanning the registry, runtime monitoring of containers and container orchestration environments.<br/><br/><b>Skills and Education:</b><br/><br/>- Bachelor's Degree or MS in Engineering or equivalent<br/><br/>- Experience in managing Linux based infrastructure<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience at least in one scripting language<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with databases including PSQL, MySQL, Mongo & Elasticsearch.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Java/JVM based languages<br/><br/>- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success<br/><br/>- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills<br/><br/>- Team player<br/><br/>- Good time-management skills<br/><br/>- Interpersonal and communication skills<br/><br/><b>Mandatory</b><b>: </b>AWS Certification, VMware, Azure and GCP cloud Hands on experience knowledge.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
