Role Overview:

PwC is seeking a proactive Senior Associate who excels in software development, DevSecOps, generative AI, automation, and the management of vulnerabilities.

Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our clients' security postures and our operational efficiencies.

This client-facing role requires strategic collaboration with development and cloud security teams to deliver innovative security solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the orchestration of CI/CD pipelines, integrating robust DevSecOps practices to heighten security standards and efficiencies.
  • Design, build, test, and maintain software applications in SDLC and work in agile methodology.
  • Leverage generative AI technologies to anticipate and counter security threats, optimizing security operations.
  • Drive a shift-left approach, incorporating early-stage security testing into the development cycle for proactive threat mitigation.
  • Innovate and implement AI-driven threat detection tools, automating and streamlining security processes.
  • Develop and automate comprehensive Vulnerability Management frameworks to ensure efficient, ongoing security oversight and risk reduction.
  • Conduct detailed DevSecOps assessments, identifying enhancements to improve security frameworks and operational efficacy.
  • Critically assess client security solutions against industry standards like NIST and OWASP, providing insightful, actionable improvement recommendations.
  • Drive automation initiatives that combine agentic AI with existing SecOps and DevOps toolchains, enhancing predictive analytics, automated patching, and compliance reporting.


Professional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Java, and Shell.
  • Extensive experience with generative AI tools and methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, Terraform, IAM, and Linux administration.
  • Skilled in using IDEs like Anaconda, Eclipse, and MS Visual Studio, alongside DevOps tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
  • Expertise in utilizing SecOps tools for optimal security management.
  • Experience with Vulnerability Management tools is essential, and familiarity with Tenable is highly advantageous.
  • Experience with VAPT is an added advantage for this role


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications such as eJPT, CISSP, CEH, or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Or AWS Certified Security – Speciality


Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of data privacy, web application security, network security, and risk assessment.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and resolve complex security challenges.
