Dextra Labs - Business Development Manager Job Opening In Noida – Now Hiring dextralabs

<p><p><b>Business Development Manager</b><br/><br/>Experience : 8-10 years<br/><br/></p><p>Location : Gurgaon, Noida<br/><br/></p><p>We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to lead our Enterprise SaaS Sales efforts across India.

This role requires a self-starter who can manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, and work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our sales and marketing strategies.<br/><br/>Looking for only female candidates.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Drive SaaS product sales to enterprise customers across India.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct field travel to meet clients, deliver product demos and corporate presentations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prepare and manage proposal documentation, respond to RFPs, and ensure timely follow-ups.<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously improve sales processes and contribute to the development of marketing materials, product messaging, and positioning.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with product offerings.<br/><br/>- Maintain accurate documentation and CRM updates (HubSpot/Odoo).<br/>- Ensure timely renewals and maintain strong client relationships Proven experience as a Business Development Manager handling enterprise accounts.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong record of working as an individual contributor and growth driver.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in leading a small team (3+ members).<br/><br/></p><p>- Demonstrated success in selling SaaS products to enterprise customers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong adherence to and continuous improvement of Sales SOPs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent customer engagement skills with a solution-oriented approach.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot or Odoo.<br/><br/></p><p>- High proficiency in MS Word and Excel (Google Workspace or O365).<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep understanding of sales performance metrics and pipeline management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong business acumen and problem-solving attitude.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to manage projects and deliver on tight deadlines.<br/><br/><b>Nice to Have (Preferred Skills):</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of pricing and negotiation strategies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with GeM bidding and PSU tendering processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in the Agrochemical industry.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with outcome-based engagements and B2C product adoption metrics.<br/><br/></p><p>- Prior work experience in the Middle East or Asia-Pacific regions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to remote sales for US-based clients.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of Google Analytics for tracking marketing or sales performance.</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
