The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations related to Fire Protection Systems (FPS) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services.
Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing installation projects, and leading a team of professionals.
The role also requires coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.QualificationsExperience in Fire Protection Systems (FPS) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) servicesMust have experience in handling large in-house execution teams Manage residential and commercial high-rise FPS installations end-to-end Project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projectsKnowledge of safety standards and compliance regulationsLeadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and coordination skillsCore responsibilitiesStrategic planning: Develop and implement long-term operational strategies to align with company objectives.Operational oversight: Manage and optimize day-to-day activities across all operational functions to ensure efficiency and productivity.Financial management: Create and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and control costs to ensure profitability.Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate teams to achieve performance goals and foster a positive work environment.Process improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, implement changes, and ensure adherence to quality standards.Performance analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management on operational and financial performance.Compliance and quality: Ensure operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including safety protocols.1.
