<p><p><b>Position:</b> Dialogflow CX Developer.<br/><br/><b>Experience:</b> 69 years.<br/><br/><b>Location:</b> Onsite Chennai / Hyderabad.<br/><br/><b>Interview Mode :</b> F2F FACE TO FACE.</p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Job Overview :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are seeking an experienced Dialogflow CX Developer to design, develop, and optimize intelligent conversational agents.</p><p><br/></p><p>The role requires expertise in building complex conversational flows, cloud integrations, and performance optimization.</p><p><br/></p><p>The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality chatbot Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design and implement complex conversational flows, including intents, entities, and fulfillment logic using cloud functions, webhooks, or other technologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement and maintain error handling and logging mechanisms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor and analyze agent performance, identifying areas for improvement.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Establish and contribute to best practices, coding standards, and documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct code reviews and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dialogflow CX agent performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define best practices for testing, deployment, and monitoring of chat platform Skills & Experience : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).<br/><br/></p><p>- 69 years of overall software development experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in developing and deploying Dialogflow CX solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong programming skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP).<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to work independently and within a team Skills & Experience :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Google Cloud Certified (Professional Cloud Architect or Cloud Developer).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with Swift and/or Kotlin.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest).<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL database technologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working in an Agile development environment.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
