SEO / SMO Responsibilities:  
SEO (Analytical Side):  
- Keyword tracking & ranking reports for campaign-related terms.
 
 
- Monitor website/social traffic sources and CTR from organic posts.
 
 
- Audit SEO health of linked content (landing pages, microsites, YouTube, etc.).
 
 
- Suggest optimisation opportunities based on data.
 
 
SMO (Analytical Side):  
- Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, saves, CTR, impressions).
 
 
- Run competitor benchmarking (how their content performs in search & social).
 
 
- Generate monthly insights on which hashtags, content types, or posting times yield the best performance.
 
 
- Recommend adjustments to improve campaign ROI.
 
 
- Baseline Setup (Month 1):  Establish key KPIs, dashboards, and benchmarks.
 
 
- Monthly Reports:  
- Detailed analytics covering reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, follower growth, and SEO keyword performance.
 
 
- Visual dashboards (charts, graphs) for client-facing reports.
 
 
- Final 3-Month Report:  
- Comprehensive review of all digital media KPIs. 
- ROI & cost-benefit analysis of campaigns.
 
 
- Strategic recommendations for scaling.
