Job description

Jitendra Consulting Group , headquartered in Dubai, is a reputed and leading multi-lingual & rapidly growing company that offers a growing portfolio of services, such as company formation, Auditing, Business Advisory Services, VAT, and other Compliance services.

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging content that aligns with our brand goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

  • Manage and maintain social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and other content formats.

  • Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.

  • Run paid social media campaigns (optional, if required).

  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community interactions.

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

  • Coordinate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

  • Research competitors and suggest creative ideas to improve performance.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

  • Strong understanding of major social platforms and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.

  • Basic knowledge of Canva or other design tools (preferred).

  • Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with paid advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads).

  • Video editing or reel creation skills.

  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.

  • Knowledge of tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.

Job Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience
