Job description

Digital marketing coordinator 

Responsibilities 

1.

Content Creation & Posting  

∙Create and schedule weekly posts for LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and 

Facebook 

∙Repurpose and post video clips, before-and-after photos, customer testimonials, and local 

community content 

∙Post updates and promotions in Facebook Groups 

∙Create short email campaigns/newsletters using our CRM or Go High Level 

∙Support SEO efforts by helping write and upload Google Business Profile (GBP) 

posts and service area website pages 

 

2.

Appointment Setting & Outreach  

∙Reach out to local businesses to schedule in person “Lunch & Learn” 

presentations and community introductions 

∙Follow up with contacts from events, networking, and social media 

∙Help build relationships with property managers, realtors, and local businesses 

 

3.

Facebook & Marketplace Engagement  

∙Promote Dunk Disposal services and brand in relevant local Facebook groups 

∙Reply to comments, engage with members, and provide helpful posts in community 

discussions 

∙Outreach and manage conversations on Facebook Marketplace 

 

4.

Research & List Building  

∙Research online databases, directories, and business listings to find potential client 

leads 

 

∙Build and organize mailing lists and contact databases (Dream 100 list, property 

managers, real estate brokerages, etc.) 

∙Maintain and update CRM with clean, accurate contact data 

 

5.

Community Events & Media Support (as needed) 

∙Maintain a Public Event Calendar for community cleanups, recycling events, and 

sponsorship opportunities 

∙Assist in organizing and promoting local recycling or donation drives 

∙Support media outreach and press release preparation for events or milestones 

∙Track results and media coverage 

 

Requirements 

∙Strong English writing and communication skills 

∙Familiarity with Canva, Google Business Profile, Excel or Sheets, and Go High Level 

(or other CRM) 

∙Experience posting and engaging across multiple social media platforms 

∙Comfortable reaching out over the phone to businesses and coordinating appointments 

∙Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated 

 

Bonus Skills 

∙Basic understanding of SEO, GBP optimization, or local marketing 

∙Experience with email marketing and Facebook Advertising 

∙Knowledge of the home services industry (junk removal, property maintenance, etc.) 

∙Event coordination or community relations experience
