Job Description - Chief Manager IT - Digital Project Manager Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and closure of technology projects across business functions (e.G., LOS, LMS, KYC, Collections).
Manage internal project teams including developers, testers, and business analysts.
Collaborate with business stakeholders (Sales, Credit, Operations, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to gather and define requirements.
Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, and performance management for technology partners.
Ensure timely project delivery within scope, budget, and quality parameters.
Maintain detailed documentation – BRD, FRD, SOPs, UAT scripts, and test cases.
Conduct regular project status reviews with internal leadership and external partners.
Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change requests.
Ensure project adherence to IT governance, audit, and compliance standards.
Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams for seamless execution and adoption.
Key Requirements: Education: B.E./B.Tech / MCA Experience: 8 - 10 years in IT Project Management with NBFC/Banking/Fintech domain exposure Proven experience in leading project teams and managing external vendors Strong understanding of tech systems used in NBFCs: LOS, LMS, mobile/web apps, APIs, integrations Proficient in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus Nice to Have: Exposure to regulatory integrations (CKYC, CIBIL, UIDAI, etc.
Familiarity with data reporting tools (e.G., Power BI, Tableau) Experience in managing UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams
