Job Description - Chief Manager IT - Digital Project Manager 
Key Responsibilities: 
- Lead the planning, execution, and closure of technology projects across business functions (e.g., LOS, LMS, KYC, Collections).
 
 
- Manage internal project teams including developers, testers, and business analysts.
 
 
- Collaborate with business stakeholders (Sales, Credit, Operations, Legal, Compliance, etc.) to gather and define requirements.
 
 
- Oversee vendor selection, onboarding, and performance management for technology partners.
 
 
- Ensure timely project delivery within scope, budget, and quality parameters.
 
 
- Maintain detailed documentation – BRD, FRD, SOPs, UAT scripts, and test cases.
 
 
- Conduct regular project status reviews with internal leadership and external partners.
 
 
- Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change requests.
 
 
- Ensure project adherence to IT governance, audit, and compliance standards.
 
 
- Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams for seamless execution and adoption.
 
 
 Key Requirements: 
- Education: B.E./B.Tech  / MCA  
- Experience: 8 - 10 years in IT Project Management with NBFC/Banking/Fintech domain exposure 
- Proven experience in leading project teams and managing external vendors 
- Strong understanding of tech systems used in NBFCs: LOS, LMS, mobile/web apps, APIs, integrations 
- Proficient in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies 
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills 
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile certification is a plus 
 Nice to Have: 
- Exposure to regulatory integrations (CKYC, CIBIL, UIDAI, etc.
 
 
- Familiarity with data reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) 
- Experience in managing UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams
