To this end, we are looking for strongly motivated candidates who have hands-on experience in developing baseband algorithms for wireless communication.
The work will involve the following:
- As a developer, you will need to design, develop, test, debug, update and maintain algorithms related to digital signal processing.
- Design the overall baseband processing algorithm stack in Python and C++ which can deliver on performance parameters like efficiency, latency, throughput etc.
- Optimize the implementation to minimize resource consumption
- Develop novel algorithms and techniques that can provide an edge over the industry standard
- Design the baseband stack so that it can be converted to RTL with minimum effort
Requirements
- Looking for 2+ years of experience
- Be capable of understanding the latest technologies and go beyond the standards.
- Understanding of communications protocol stacks like 3GPP, DVBS2, DVBS2-X
- Track record of developing novel DSP algorithms, including filter design and Fourier transforms.
- A willingness and ability to get down to the hardware-level debugging as needed
- Understanding of FPGA debugging, timing analysis, and logic optimization principles
- Have an understanding of DSP algorithms like APSK, LDPC, OFDMA
- Have expertise in Multi-Rate Systems, Feedback Control Systems, Estimation and Detection
- Have knowledge of DSP algorithm implementation on FPGA using System Verilog
- Design and develop advanced DSP algorithms for communication systems, focusing on modulation, demodulation, channel estimation, and error correction
- Be an expert in digital signal processing techniques such as fast Fourier transform, and have a good handle on linear algebra and complex algebra
