Responsibilities:
- Design and architect web solutions that deliver a seamless omni-channel user experience.
- Evaluate and select modern technologies and tools to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions through techniques such as Micro Frontends, AEM/AEP, AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud-Native platforms.
- Translate business requirements into innovative, scalable, and effective technical solutions.
- Lead solution design and development activities using Agile methodologies, collaborating closely with product stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery, implementation, and support of enterprise-level solutions.
- Monitor and report on delivery metrics (e.g., planned vs.
actual), identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. - Drive process improvement initiatives and implement best practices across teams.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in web technologies, AI, and customer experience innovations, sharing knowledge with the broader team.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Microservices architecture, and enterprise application development.
- Proficiency in Next.js, ReactJS (Micro Frontends), NoSQL databases (e.g., Cassandra), Redis (session caching), and Elasticsearch.
- Demonstrated success designing and delivering solutions for large-scale, complex enterprise systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot real-time customer challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and acting as a primary point of contact across the product lifecycle.
- Ability to design complex conversational flows and craft engaging user experiences.
- Proven track record in analyzing delivery metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience with PEGA (including Case Management and NBX).
- Exposure to GenAI and personalization technologies.
- Practical experience working with AWS and Google Cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with ForgeRock Access Gateway and identity management solutions.
