The ideal candidate should have started their career as a Java Developer, evolved through application development leadership roles, and now drives strategic digital change across large-scale Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Strategic Leadership :<br/><br/></p><p>- Define and execute the digital transformation roadmap aligned with business goals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Champion AI/ML initiatives to drive operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue growth.<br/><br/></p><p>AI/ML Transformation :<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead end-to-end AI/ML projects from ideation to deployment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to build scalable models and platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Technology & Application Development:<br/><br/></p><p>- Oversee modernization of legacy systems and integration of emerging technologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure robust architecture and agile delivery practices across application development.<br/><br/></p><p>Business & Stakeholder Management :<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage transformation programs impacting $80M+ in business value.<br/><br/></p><p>- Engage with C-level stakeholders to align digital initiatives with strategic priorities.<br/><br/></p><p>Team Leadership :<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead and mentor large, diverse teams including developers, Leads, Managers, General Manager Service Delivery and change agents.<br/><br/></p><p>- Foster a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 15+ years of experience in IT/digital roles, with at least 5 years in transformation leadership.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven track record in delivering AI/ML transformation projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong foundation in Java and application development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience managing large-scale teams and :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with DevOps, microservices, and enterprise architecture.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
