Job Description :
We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong experience in Digital Twin architectures
to design and deliver a robust, scalable, and secure technical framework that serves as the
blueprint for a next-generation Digital Twin platform.
The ideal candidate will combine deep architectural expertise with hands-on knowledge of
cloud technologies (preferably Azure) and open-source ecosystems.
This role involves close
collaboration with data engineers, platform developers, and product teams to ensure the
architecture evolves seamlessly beyond the MVP phase.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Design & Strategy
o Design the “Meta Twin” database schema and establish a universal
coordinate system to serve as the single source of truth for the platform.
o Develop a comprehensive technical architecture encompassing system
components, services, and data flow.
o Map the end-to-end data lifecycle — from data ingestion and processing to
visualization and API consumption.
o Define architectural standards and patterns ensuring scalability, performance,
and security.
- Technology Selection & Implementation
o Identify and recommend the optimal cloud technology stack (preferably Azure ) aligned with business and technical requirements.
o Evaluate and integrate open-source solutions where feasible to enhance
flexibility and cost efficiency.O Oversee integration across cloud services, data stores, messaging queues, and APIs.
- Documentation & Delivery
o Deliver a Comprehensive Technical Architecture Diagram illustrating all
components, interactions, and dependencies.
o Create a Technical Specification Document detailing data models, API
contracts, and component-level designs.
o Ensure all designs adhere to security, compliance, and data governance
standards.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
o Work closely with cross-functional teams (Data Engineering, DevOps,
AI/ML, and Product Management) to align architecture with functional goals.
o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout
the implementation lifecycle.
o Communicate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and recommendations
effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12+ years of overall experience in software architecture, with at least 3+ years in
designing cloud-based or Digital Twin solutions .
- Strong proficiency in Azure Cloud Services (Data Factory, Cosmos DB, Event Hubs,
Azure Digital Twins, Functions, etc.).
- Expertise in data modeling , API design , and event-driven/microservices
architecture .
- Solid understanding of IoT frameworks , data streaming , and real-time analytics .
- Hands-on experience with open-source technologies such as Kafka, PostgreSQL, and
container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven experience in developing architecture blueprints , technical documentation ,
and reference implementations .
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and scalability principles for enterprise
grade systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on Digital Twin , Simulation , or Industrial IoT platforms.
- Exposure to AI/ML integration within data-driven architectures.
- Cloud certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent) are a plus
