<p>Looking for a "Director - Network Service Delivery" (Non-Infrastructure) for our leading global IT client.<br/><br/> 15-20 Yrs experience in managing Network services delivery Back office operations.<br/><br/> Domain Knowledge Strong understanding of Network services, Service Fulfilment, Service Assurance, Inventory, Provisioning,.<br/><br/> Strong knowledge in any one of the core telco domain knowledge Wireline/Fibre, SDWAN/SASE, 5G.<br/><br/> How you'll contribute (Key Responsibility Areas):<br/><br/>- Part of the delivery leadership team for Network services practice.<br/><br/>- Expand on and ensure long-term relationships and success with one or more major clients in the CSP segment.<br/><br/> This leader is responsible to:<br/><br/>- Manage smooth delivery, Grow the revenue of the account and exceed targets and ensure Margin targets.<br/><br/>- Responsible to Build and manage large teams in the network services domain.<br/><br/>- Own the customer and ensure zero defect delivery culture with the teams.<br/><br/>- Responsible for CSAT and ESAT.<br/><br/>- Contribute for network service practice development - in terms of new enablers, solutions and go to market strategies.<br/><br/> What shall make you Successful (Must Have Experience):<br/><br/> - Strong delivery leader with making customer success mindset.<br/><br/> - Ability to thrive in a start-up type culture - This is fast growing practice within an established company with ambitious growth and look for dynamic leader.<br/><br/> - Domain Knowledge Strong understanding of Network services, Service Fullfillment , Service Assurance, Inventory, Provisioning and Closed loop automation.<br/><br/> - Strong knowledge in any one of the core telco domain knowledge Wireline/Fibre, SDWAN/SASE, 5G.<br/><br/> - Proven track record of managing project deliverables on time, under budget and quality.<br/><br/> - Experience in leading a team of individuals and driving team performance, as well as ability to manage key internal stakeholders.<br/><br/> Skills to develop the team:<br/><br/> - Relationships and Relationship-buildingDevelop and maintain strong client relationships.<br/><br/> - Strategic Thought Leader Needs to understand Clients respective strategies and priorities, how the parties can help each other achieve their goals, as well as execute, negotiate, and partner.<br/><br/> - Cross-functional Expertise Experience in driving cross functional teams.<br/><br/>- Strong partnerships across internal teams is required to execute on the wants and needs of the client.<br/><br/> - Communication Strong and clear communicator to all levels and functions.<br/><br/>- Ability to distill complexities to client and senior management, as well as synthesize issues, recommendations.<br/><br/> - Good understanding of Project Financials and key levers that influence profitability.<br/><br/> - A Technology Role model for the team, responsible for mentoring, motivating & leading the delivery team.<br/><br/> Good To Have Experience:<br/><br/> - Have experience working with Tier1 CSPs across Europe/UK/North America region.<br/><br/> - Pre Sales / Solutioning.<br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
