Job Title: Sr. Sales Manager - Sales & Marketing
Overview:
This senior-level position involves leading and managing all sales and marketing initiatives to achieve organizational sales and revenue targets in Gas, Flame & Fire Detection Systems.
The Sr. Sales Manager will bridge the gap between market needs and company offerings, ensuring products and services resonate with current and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate diverse sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Market & Sales Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, Consultants, EPC, decision-makers, and other stakeholders to foster loyalty and drive business.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and sales initiatives, ensuring a positive return on investment (ROI).
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to present insights to senior management.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments, such as product development, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless strategy execution.
- Campaign Execution:
- Oversee the planning and execution of creative and innovative marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Experience:
- Proven experience (often 5+ years) in sales and marketing roles, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
