HOW YOU WILL HELP

As the **Director of User Experience** , you will set the vision and lead the UX function for one of our most strategic product portfolios.

You will lead a talented team of **UX Designers** and **Content Writers** in Bangalore, empowering them to deliver best-in-class product experiences that are intuitive, cohesive, and deeply human.

You will play a critical leadership role in shaping design and content strategies for strategic products, mentoring and developing your team, and building strong partnerships with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders worldwide.

You will champion user-centered design, elevate the craft of storytelling through UX copy and technical content, and inspire your team to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

+ **Lead and inspire** a multidisciplinary team of UX Designers and Content Writers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
+ **Define and drive the UX and content vision** for strategic product lines, ensuring experiences are simple, consistent, and customer-obsessed.
+ **Mentor and coach individual contributors** , helping them grow in craft, influence, and career development.
+ **Champion content strategy and design systems** , ensuring copy and documentation are integral to the user experience.
+ **Collaborate across functions** with global Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to deliver unified, world-class user experiences.
+ **Establish and scale practices** for research, design, and content operations that improve quality, efficiency, and impact.
+ **Advocate for users** and foster shared understanding of the user-centric intersection between design, content, business, and technology.
+ **Represent the India UX organization** as part of the global UX leadership team, influencing product direction at the highest levels.

YOU HAVE…

+ 15+ years of experience in UX Design or related fields.
+ 5+ years of experience building and leading design/content teams, ideally at scale.
+ Proven track record of shaping and executing a UX vision across **strategic and complex product ecosystems** (enterprise SaaS experience a plus).
+ Experience leading **visual/interaction design** and **content writing/documentation** functions.
+ A portfolio or body of work that demonstrates strong product design and content leadership.
+ Ability to work effectively across global, matrixed organizations.
+ Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire executives and cross-functional peers.
