Job description

Role Summary:


We are looking for a seasoned Director – Program Management to lead and oversee large-scale, complex programs across multiple functions and stakeholders.


The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in program delivery, stakeholder engagement, people management, and operational excellence.

This leader will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of 70+ members and ensuring alignment with strategic business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact programs across cross functional teams.

  • Manage a large delivery organization (70+ members), ensuring optimal team structure, talent development, and performance management.

  • Collaborate with senior business leaders, product owners, and technology teams to define program scope, objectives, and success metrics.

  • Ensure timely execution within scope, budget, and quality parameters.

  • Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies across the program and ensure timely mitigation.

  • Drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication at all levels including CXOlevel presentations.

  • Build and manage a high-performing leadership layer (senior managers, project leads) to enable scalable program delivery.

  • Champion continuous improvement through data-driven insights, process refinement, and feedback loops.

  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and industry best practices.


Required Qualifications:



  • 15+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years in large-scale program management roles.

  • Proven track record of managing large teams (70+ FTEs) across geographies.

  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery models.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, executive presence, and communication skills.

  • Experience working with multi-functional teams including engineering, product, operations, and business units.

  • PMP / PgMP / SAFe / Agile certifications are a plus.

  • Experience in technology consulting, analytics, or data-driven transformation programs is preferred.
